Help System update virus?

I got a weird pop up today and I was hoping if someone could help me identify if it a virus or not. I tried to do a factory reset but I ended up re-installing all my old apps while rebooting the phone. Wondering if it was tied to an app or not.

I did a screenshot of the popup when it happened again.

That looks like a genuine system update pop-up.

Yeah I ended up installing it, you were right. Totally jumped the gun on it and didn't know what to make of it.
