Root [T-Mobile] 4.1.2 Problems

I recently had my phone updated to the newest software update. Now I'm having three major issues; one when I talk into the phone receiver during calls, the person I'm talking too can't not hear me on there end unless I turn speaker on or plug in headphones, second I cannot properly use the right swipe motion to call anyone, and third my contacts are not properly being displayed between sim, phone, and facebook. Is anybody having any similar issues and importantly how do I solve my problem with the hone internal receiver. I can't make a proper phone call right now.
