T-Mobile free 200MB tablet plan

I have a Samsung NOTE8 from ATT. I am going to get it unlocked.

I have heard about the Tmobile:
NO-contract
free 200mb per month.. lifetime
bring your tablet.

has anyone gotten this?
without a regular phone plan. just the tablet by itself?
on a NO-Tmobile tablet? (of course GSM SIM ready and unlocked)

how does it work?
what is the cost of data after 200mb??

I know 200mb aint much.. but it should be enough for emails and notifications.

200 mb is plenty if you mainly use wifi. I use less than 100mb a month because I use wifi at home and work.

I believe just like with phone service, pandora and the others do not count towards data usage. check their website to be sure.

I have 1 gig phone data service.

I have this plan on a Nexus 7 LTE bought from Google Play. I haven't really tested the music streaming on the data since it's mostly used on Wifi and the data is more intended for when absolutely necessary.

I have the plan on my Nexus 7. Music streaming certainly does count towards that limit, unless something has recently changed.

Music streaming on my Nexus 6 doesn't count though. I'm on a postpaid plan on my N6 though.
