Misleading name. HTC is the parent of the G2, not LG. Generally when an "X" is added to a known name, it means that it is the follow-up version of the phone. Did someone fall on their heads in the Naming Queue?

But I guess Tmo has bigger fish to fry what with being gobbled up and all...
