T-Mobile Galaxy S 4g - Stand alone GPS?

Hello,
2 questions for the forum:

1. I have a T-Mobile Galaxy S 4G and the specs sheet doesn't say if it is a stand alone GPS phone. Does anyone know?

2. I want to buy a 4G phone but need it to have a stand alone GPS capability. Does anyone know of a list out there that has current 4G phones that have stand alone GPS capability?
