Root [T-Mobile] good kernel

Hey i need a good kernel for my fone which will improve my fones speed and performance so can u guys tell a good kernel......im on blackbean8 (backed8) rom and tmobile varient

What's your phone model? This is a root question, so according to your phone it should be moved appropriately. Anyway, if you've got the I9300, try out Perseus, it's one of the best in terms of performance and battery life. You can also tweak it to meet your requirements.
