T-Mobile GSM LTE phones?

Does T-Mobile or MetroPCS have any GSM+LTE phones? Or are they all either GSM/HSPA+ or CDMA+LTE?

I'd like something with some future-proof technology, but I don't want the battery drain of CDMA + GSM/LTE, as I have with my current MetroPCS phone. Perhaps if Metro was able to get a Moto G or Moto X

LTE is actually an evolution of GSM, which is why LTE-capable CDMA phones require a SIM.

All of T-Mobile's LTE devices are GSM+LTE (HSPA+ is also thrown in there for good measure).

You can bring any unlocked GSM phone to MetroPCS. The Nexus 5, Moto X, Moto G LTE, and the original Moto G all work with MetroPCS service.

Just get the unlocked moto g/lte phone from motorola direct or amazon. Works flawlessly on both tmobile or att, as well as their mvnos.

Sorry, these phones are either gsm/4g-hspa or CDMA + LTE (I do realize that LTE is GSM, that's why the battery was so bad on the lg motion even with a 2800mah extended battery that I came from an lg viper). None seem to be gsm/LTE, without CDMA.

Metro doesn't give much information to go off of, but I did some digging on Samsung's website and confirmed that the GS4 on Metro (SKU: 610214633279) is GSM+LTE:
