T-Mobile service in the Greater Seattle (Renton) Washington area. . .

I am considering moving to a Seattle suburb called Renton, is anyone familiar how T-Mobile's LTE/HSPA+ coverage is? I'm aware Seattle is both a major U.S. city, and T-Mobile's headquarters, so likely coverage in Seattle is good. But what about Renton specifically? I'd really like to know from someone who is familiar with the area. . .

I visited Renton last summer. I stayed near the Valley Medical Center area. I had 4G coverage all the time. Even in Auburn, the coverage was good. So I don't think you'll have a problem.
