t mobile signal problem

When i signed up for the t mobile signal on orange it says that my phone would say t mobile in the top right when i am using it but it just says that i am roaming.

When i signed up for the t mobile signal on orange it says that my phone would say t mobile in the top right when i am using it but it just says that i am roaming.

My Hero says roaming also but when it comes out of sleep mode it indicates which network it is on usually t-mobileOrange across it.
