Does anyone know how you transfer a mobile phone contract from one name to another (for tmo UK). I just ordered one but for some reason they c$%ed up and put it in my sisters name!

I know you ring 150 and ask for it. Do they send documentation that requires signing?

Im with TMO business so not sure if its the same for regular customers but they sent out forms that I had to sign and post back to them
