T mobile unlocked to cincinnati bell

I have a t mobile t939 behold 2 it has a cincinnati bell sim card in it i can not get on the net. cincinnati bells behold 2 has different software rom firmware whatever is there a way to put cincinnati bell setting on this phone are to get past t mobile software. thanks please help if you can ps are should i sell it
