T-mobile which phone?

So i'm going to be able to update my phone in a few weeks (I have the t-mobile vibrant) i don't know what phone i should get. I've been looking at 1.Samsung Galaxy S2 (but people are saying the 4.5 in display is really large i don't want a massive phone!) 2.HTC Sensation (But i heard about the phone heating)
3.HTC Amaze 4g (i haven't really studied up on it as much)
I don't know what phone to get. If you could just tell me what would be the best option or put another t-mobile phone you think i should get and why? Please and thank you

Hello and welcome aboard. I'm sure by the time your ready, you'll pick the one best suite your needs. However, if I would suggest a device - it would be in the line of an HTC.
