Hi, I am in San Diego.
Right Now, I use at&t and I would like to swich to T mobile because the price is low.
My question is... Is it signal T mobile good?

No one can say what signal quality will be like in the exact locations you frequent. For a general idea you can go to T-Mobile.com and check out the coverage map. They have most major cities covered pretty well.
