T-mobile's Wifi Calling with HTC One

Hi, I've got a few questions about the UMA service that T-mobile provides. Thanks in advance!

Does the HTC One have this feature? If so is it limited only to the T-mobile 32GB version or it can work on the 64GB Dev Edition as well?

For the WiFi calling feature, what plans is it available on? T-mobile's website is very vague in this aspect. Is it available on specific plans only or all their plans such as the $30 prepaid 5GB data plan? What plans will offer this feature?

The WiFi calling feature if I understand correctly will allow you to use your T-mobile number outside the United States to both receive and make calls as if you are still in the States which circumvents high roaming charges as long as you are connected to a WiFi connection is that correct?

I am very interested in this as I am going to get a HTC One and I would also be outside of the States for a few months. It will be great if it allowed me to use my number anywhere in the world as if it was local within the States. It will be much more convenient than getting a new phone number to distribute to my contacts every few weeks when I go to another place.

Not an expert on the subject but I'll answer what I know so far. I can confirm that the HTC One does have wifi calling because I have been using it. I know the unlocked One from HTC doesn't work on T-mobile's hspa bands, so I would guess the same applies for the dev edition. I could be wrong about that though. So, consider that before you purchase it. I would also imagine wi-fi calling works on all of their plans because T-mobile knows their building penetration is not good so this is how they make up for it. Finally, I believe you're correct about being able to use it out of the U.S. I read somewhere that you could use it internationally. Hope that helps!
