T069, can't activate phone

Pretty much like I post, I can't activate my phone...which sucks. Waiting on Google...but they are taking their time I feel.

Anyone ever have this issue?

They must have gotten a lot better now. I got my 5x today and I popped the sim in and had my number assigned and was ready to go in less than a minute!
