tab 2, 4.1.1, clipboard issue

Hi there is an issue on the tab 2 with 4.1.1 and clipboard, when using a different keyboard and copying to paste frequently the tab restarts and its been narrowed down to the clipboard in samsung keyboard, the problem is i cannot see a setting to turn of the clipboard feature in samsung keyboard options, and there is no clipboard options within swift key at all?
Whats happening is ( i presume) when the clipboard gets full and uses 2 much ram it forces a system reboot..?

can i uninstall the keyboard?
