I have a Tab 3 10.1 4 months old that is giving me 2 problems:
1 Intermittent mobile data connectivity. It works fine sometimes, goes to no signal for a while.......returns to a signal.......then no signal. I can't find a pattern to it, have changed the SIM card, turned apps on and off but no solution. Can work fine all day and then tomorrow is a pain This happens when the tablet is stationary and when I plug in the dongle to my laptop which is on the same network the laptop's connectivity is fine. Anybody else have this experience?
2. The tablet powers off when there is lots of battery left. Again no pattern and it always reboots.
I am a volunteer in Cambodia and bring it to a dealer isn't really an option for me.
Any suggestions are most welcomed!
