Help Tab 3 8.0 micro xd issue

32gb micro Xd card suddenly couldnt be detected. Tried reformating but notification that card is blank or has unsupported file system. Card appears to be mounted but no option to format from settings /storage menu. Any thoughts how to get around this? I suspect the card slot may have a problem but not sure.

You've probably already tried this, but have you tried removing and reinserting the card? Have you tried using the card in another device, to see if there is a problem with the card it self?

Thanks. Called Sandisk. Asked me to try another card in the slot. Luckily I had one in a camera. It worked. Sandisk support were very helpful and have arranged a replacement under warranty? Luckily I was able to copy files on the card to a folder on my Dell laptop. Everythings ok 7-10 days to get the replacdment.
