Help TAB 3 Overclock?

Hello my friend owns a tab 3 lite and he asked me if he could overclock his cpu theres a screenshot of the cpu he has

He wants to overclock for more speed. Hes already rooted. Can I help him somehow? Does this cpu support higher frequency? Is it safe? I know the battery and over heating stuff. If so, how much can it overclock? if no, please tell me so he wont fry his tab.

You generally need a custom kernel in order to overclock.

I can't tell you how much overclocking that cpu can take. Partly because I don't know what cpu it is - the core architecture is a common one, though the gpu may be more distinctive, but that screen doesn't tell me the SoC ID. But even if it did, different individual components have different tolerances for overclocking - as long as they meet the spec they are ok, but some will work beyond that and some will not. It's always a case of try and see, and at your own risk.
