tab A 10.1 "enable mock gps provider" query

Hi There, I was hoping someone could provide some guidance. so I recently purchased this tablet and also purchased some bad elf Bluetooth gps software. this software is designed for ios but I saw that if you get the Bluetooth gps app (or equivalent) and then "enable mock gps provider" with the app then this should work. I was also under the impression that you do a similar thing on the tablet, however I cant find where this is done and was hoping someone could help. thanks in advance and apologies for my luddite skills

You should download HereWegGo, un offline GPS app.
Even use Google Map with option use offline map. You have to search destination first then download the map.
When on the road, there is no need to use cellular data as it uses offline maps. I search broad destination like a State use its off line map and the tab A 10.1 works perfectly in my car as GPS and music player using the car's stereo system via bluetooth
