tab freeze

back in march purchased tablet from androidmall .co.uk not being computer literate kept struggling as the tablet kept freezing so on advise given i contacted androidmall all they would say was download firmware alas firmware would take forever and still not work (this was carried out by my son) still no joy now they want me to post to them at my cost as anyone come across this problem

Which tablet did you purchase? When does it lag?
Have you performed a factory reset to clear off the device?
What apps do you have installed?
