Help Tablet blocked on the loading page .

When my tablet starts, she displays a message on screen : " Loading, please wait... it may take 30 seconds at 1 minute normally " . The problem is she is blocked on the loading page for hours,and therefore, I can't use my tablet,Luxya MID704DC . Waiting for your help to resolve the problem, thank you .

This could be a rather "drastic" way of getting it going again, so you might want to see if anyone else can come up with something else. If you can hook it up to your PC and back up any important things you have on there first it should be okay.
