Help Tablet failed to boot

Hi, I am a newbie here and appreciate some help. My MID A20 tablet (os 4.2 v1.3) on booting up, variously reads "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" or "Unfortunately, the Launcher has stopped" or "Unfortunately, Google Partner Setup has stopped".
Can anyone tell me what is causing this problem? I have tried factory reset several times but to no avail. Help most sppreciated.
 
If the issue persists after a factory reset, it probably points to an issue with corrupted firmware.

You can either contact the manufacturer, or if you can find it on their website, try to flash it yourself.

I'll have a look for you, just confirm the tablet is an alwinner?

Thanks for your much appreciated response. The tablet is branded as a Fusion5 Xtra (bought in the UK) According to tablet settings, it is MID A20 with Android 4.2 v1.3 OS.
