Help Tablet microphone not working properly. PLEASE HELP

So I bought the ASUS MeMo Pad 7 recently and I can't seem to get the microphone to work properly. When recording voice memos, doing voice searches, and recording videos with audio, the microphone works fine. But when using apps like Viber and MagicJack, I can hear the person well but they cannot hear me at all / it is barely audible.
*It Is a brand new device running Android 4.4.2

Bro just check it's waranty if valid you can go to its customers care services and get it done it's not issues of os it's hardware issue
