Tablet now starting

Hi,
I have a Superpad VI. It now appears to start up the initial screen appears, then the screen shows the word "Android" and does not proceed any further.
I have tried to re-boot the tablet (using the re-set button), to no avail.
It is running the Jelly Bean software.
Where can I download a version of this operating system, so that it can be loaded on a USB memory stick.
Is it possible to get the operting system on a USB memory stick so that the tablet can be booted from the USB.

Hi boges welcom to Android Forums.

The software ROM has more than likely become corrupted due to poor quality. Problem is for devices like "superpad" and "flytouch", basically there is no ROM available, because the manufacturers are unknown.
