Tablet purchased from Chinese wholesaler website

Hi there I just purchased a tablet it is not branded, from a Chinese wholesaler website. The tablet doesn't work it is corrupt with the software it doesn't even boot up. The seller is most unhelpful and he said the only thing left to do is remove the rom.

I have downloaded an app called one click root, how do I remove the rom? And basically start from scratch.

The fact it's unbranded doesn't help, which basically means there's almost no chance of finding the correct ROM to re-flash it with. Are there any identifying numbers or codes on it all?

o no ! I have always had good relationship with the Chinese wholesaler company, really annoyed now... I will have a look and get back to you can't I just flash it with a different ROM?
