I have an Astro Queo A912 KIT KAT 4.4 Tablet that was rooted. After rooting it resets as if it were factory reset on purpose and I loose all the software installed, pictures stored, etc. The only way to keep all info is by checking the option of quick boot before powering off. But if I uncheck quick boot and turn it off, I loose everything again.
When I reset the tablet I see that the following error appears:
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
Can the cache partition somehow be created again?
Please help.
Thanks in advance.
