Tablet to hdmi on TV or VGA to projector

I have a Galaxy Tab 3 7 inch Tablet. For teaching purposes I would like to connect it to my Epson projector using VGA, or if that won't work, to a 42" TV through HDMI. What would I need to mahe that connection. There will be no audio necessary.
