Tablet trouble

i have a 4sight tablet yes i know its a very low end tablet but hey moneys hard to come by. Anyways its stuck in a continuous loop on the 4sight boot screen and i want to know if anyone knows how to do a hard reset on it.

If you tablet has a small hole in which you can poke with a needle, then you may try to do manually
