Help Tablet without touch

I bought a Chinese LED TV (replica of Samsung smart tv) . They call it "smart tv" because they included an android device (CVTE D7X) in it. Its something like a big tablet without touch and Bluetooth.

Is there a way to connect the TV source with android? 2ndly I want to control it through my cell phone but for that both devices must be connected to the same wifi network and that is not possible for me as I share my 3G internet with this device using my cell phone as wifi hotspot. I can install many android games but cannot play as I can only click, not tap

Many games are designed for touch-screen, either phone or tablet, which is what most people use. You could try using a mouse with it, that will allow you to effectively tap things by pointing at them, but anything that requires multi-touch, that's a problem. If it requires a WiFi network, for both devices to be connected, then that's probably what you'll have to do.
