My android tablet won't turn on! It won't take charge either. We bought a new charger, but it won't take the charge!

It's a bit difficult without knowing specifics (make, model number etc).
A lot of devices with non removable batteries have the ability to simulate a battery pull by holding down the power button for 15-30 seconds or so, have you tried that?
What about leaving it on charge for an extended period of time (overnight)?
If that doesn't work and you've already tried another charger, I think you might need to contact the seller/manufacturer I'm afraid, sorry!
