Hello and welcome to the Android Forums. I know that it must suck that your tablet stopped working after your screen got a crack in it :/. Now what I would do is if you have any sort of insurance on the device (usually offered when you buy the device, at least in the US.) then I would just do an insurance claim on it.
Now if you don't have insurance on the device and since it wouldn't be covered under warranty since it has physical damage, what you could do is find a shop around your area that does device repairs with cell phones and tablets. It may cost a pretty penny, but that is about the only solution that would be possible without buying a new tablet.
Or if you really feel inclined to you could see if you can find a digitizer/ screen combo for you tablet online and purchase it and install it yourself and depending on what tablet you have it may be easy or it may be harder to do. That's about the only options you have as far as everything goes .
I hope that you can get your issue fixed though . And if you have any other questions then feel free to ask them. As well as if you register on this site you can interact with people and get better solutions through our device forums .
