Taking an android phone to New Zealand

Hi there guys, first post

Just looking for some information. Im in the UK at the moment and looking to pick up a sim-free Motorola Milestone/Droid, but I reside in New Zealand which is where ill be returning to with the phone.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any limitations specifically with accessing the android store as I have heard many people have been having problems with it.

I'm not sure about any limitations app wise in New Zealand so hopefully someone can confirm that for you but if their was I'm sure they can be overcome with something called "Market enabler". If your having problems you may also get apps from Slideme.org

I am running an HTC magic, no limitation yet on Vodafone. have been told it also works one telecom but I havent tried.
