Help Talkback mode

I have a zte maven. I have to press and hold my screen to unlock the phone. Talkback was activated and now I cannot open my phone to deactivate it. Please help!!

I have managed to get my screen to open but don't know how to change screens to open settings!! How can I swipe it to change my screen? I appreciate anyone who has time to help and thanks in advance.

Double tap on the button instead of single tap.
Swipe with two fingers instead of single finger
