Help Talkback to read kindle, annoying beep whenever turn the page

I'm using the talkback feature to read books on kindle. It works well however whenever headphones (bluetooth and wired) are connected it will beep whenever the page is turned. I've searched through the settings but haven't found anything that's been able to turn it off.

Has anyone been able to fix this?
