Tap and Go in Lollipop

Seems that "Tap and Go" feature is still somewhat clouded in mystery. Seen a couple videos on it. Would love to know the following:

  1. Will it transfer the apps custom settings? I have nova launcher, will it get all NL settings? what about touchdown?
  2. Will it transfer the apps "data" ? Example:touchdown has a email database stored on the internal drive.
  3. Wireless AP info. AP's with their names and passwords, been hit/miss in past, better with 5.0?
Love how in the video it send to google play the request to download /install all your apps on the lollipop side of things.

I don't know about tap and go, but the wireless AP backup has become MUCH better.

I remember it being absolutely useless, but when I did a clean flash of Lollipop on my N4, it restored all my access points. It also did it the last time i did a reset in Kitkat though.

I won't be able to test Tap and Go until I buy a phone to replace this one.
