Task Manager/ToDo list...

I'm not sure about the syncing part with your Mac/iPod, but Astrid is a well featured to-do list app that has alarms and calendar integration.
If the alarms and other features aren't a must-have then I highly recommend Todo.txt Touch. It's a simple to-do list manager that will sync with Dropbox.

yikes! your trying to push the tech envelope there i think
i doubt you will be able to sync android to mac etc - but i might be wrong
i gave up with task reminders on android as they are rubbish - they dont seem to be treated like a normal calendar reminder
so ive resorted to using extra google calendars for tasks - i know - sounds crazy - but seems to work well - just have different apps/widgets looking at your task cals. im using android agenda widget for my tasks - and pure cal for normal events.
......and the best bit is that you get proper reminders that you can snooze and edit etc (using calendar snooze app)
