Tasker - Doing Something Within an Application

I would like to use Tasker with Google Navigation so that when I open the app it will automatically set the option for "no tolls." There is no way to set this as a default in google navigation. How do I do this with Tasker?

The only way I know of that you could do this with Tasker is if you're using a Cyanogenmod ROM - you would be able to simulate dpad presses.
