When I try to set up a Cell Near or Net context, I get this error message: "No Location Providers Enabled and Available.". What does this refer to?
I've gone into Settings > Location and checked the VZW option and even tried checking all options (though I'd rather leave GPS off). In Accounts and Sync I have background data checked (though, again, I'd rather not). Still "No location Providers Enabled ..."
What is a location provider, and how do I enable it?
