Help tasker..only allowing contacts calls thru

Sorry if this is redundant, but what I currently have is blocking nothing, not just those calls from people not in my contacts.

I have the following:

Event : Phone > Phone Ringing
Caller: !C:ANY
Task: Phone>End Call
State : Phone>Call>Type : Incoming

Any help would be appreciated.

settings | Export | Description To Clipboard
... and post it in a message here ... like ...

Profile: X (265)
Event: Phone Ringing [ Caller:* ]
Enter: Anon (300)
A1: End Call
