Taskiller is a must-have application for any android user. The simple UI and 3 different widgets make this task manager stand out from the rest.
The application allows you to Display, Ignore and Force kill any running application simply by long-pressing the applications icon. If you Ignore an application the text beneath its icon becomes a greenish-blue while the displayed apps text are a neon green. The large bar toward the top of the screen with the TasKiller icon on it kills all displayed applications.
The widgets come in 3 sizes: minimalist, avid user and app-whore! The smallest widget (top left in right image) shows the amount of apps running inside the android and gives the remaining memory underneath. The medium widget (top right in right image) shows the icons of the running applications. The large widget (bottom in right image) has all the features of the medium widget but with the addition of a refresh button. A simple tap on any of the three widgets kills the tasks. The blacked out applications in the medium and large widgets are the "Ignored" applications.
