TD-LTE/SCDMA help

Is it possible to use a TD-LTE or SCDMA network outside china, like in Nigeria for instance??? Pls a quick response would be appreciated

SCDMA, no. That's used nowhere outside China.

TDD-LTE, maybe, but it's a big maybe. It depends on which carrier, which band, and whether it's actually deployed in reality. You've not said which bands it supports, so I'll just look at whether there is any TDD-LTE in Nigeria:

According to Wikipedia there are two carriers in Nigeria (Cyberspace and MTN (HyNet)) who have announced TDD-LTE networks, both using band 42. I have no idea how widespread this coverage is or even whether it exists in reality - announcement and deployment are different things. A different site (FrequencyCheck.com) could find no countries at all where that band is in use - if you know what bands it supports you could use that site to check what countries they are usable in.

So if it supports band 42 there's a chance that it has limited coverage in Nigeria (if Wikipedia is correct), but given that the other site did not support the idea of band 42 coverage there I think it's unlikely.

willmyphonework.net is a very useful site for these type of questions. Since you presumably know what model this phone is you could use that to check. I note that it doesn't seem to have heard of the "Cyberspace" network that Wikipedia listed, which I do not take as a good sign.
