Help te 2 it says systemiu has stopped. I need some help pleas

Hello I am having some trouble with my phone. Everytime I tap on the home button it says that the systemiu stopped and I am not sure how to fix it. I went to settings and I can not tap on anything but force to stop. I also researched multiple times how to fix it and tryed all the solutions I could and none of them worked. Can someone please help me. I have the note 2 btw.

Remove then reinsert the battery and restart the phone...

In addition to restarting it, could try a factory reset as well.
