ROMs Team Formation

I will be reforming my team, Team Mercury. I appreciate all devs. What i need is:
1 Developer of a Phone
1 Tester of that Phone
1 GFX Artist for logo and bootanimations and wallpaper(Maybe icons)
1 Theme Dev ( Theming the ROM )

 

[Digital Controller]

Not really a Dev but i can test devices, i really don't know how to get more devices though haha
