It's a pleasure to meet you all. I am totally new to this forum, having gotten myself into a spot of trouble with my devices and now needing expert advise that is superior to that of the poor phone techs that deal with thousands of devices using their phone services. Hence, I thought I would try the super users and see how far I could take it. Having nothing to lose, one device being un-functional at the moment, this seemed like a good last ditch effort, although in reviewing some of the posts, it probably should have been my first attempt at help!
