teathering gps data from droid

I am looking to make a mock uav software, and would like to use a droid 2 phone as the guidance system. My question is, is there a way to teather gps, altitude, accelerometer and gyro data simultaneously?

edit- found an app that can collect this data, GPS Essentials, now trying to get the data to teather to a laptop
