Tell your cellphone provider

What do you want to see the most from a cell phone provider?

I'd like all three choices offered in the poll (and of course s/w updates) and all without the carrier sticking it to me somewhere painful.

Because of the lack of competition (thanks CRTC) we've become far to accustom to accepting crappy service, crappy hardware selection, crappy support all while paying a premium.
