Terminal Emulators? What can you do?

So I've seem a few terminal emulators.
Any specific really good ones btw?

But my main question is what can you do with them, i'd consider myself pretty knowledgeable with Linux....so Im used to using their terminal, however Im not all sure what Androids terminal is capable of.....since most have denied permissions.

I use mine to move the preinstalled software to another directory, to monitor system performance, and I wrote a script to mount/umount /system so I don't have to type it in all the time.

If you have a version of busybox that has cron, I've read you can schedule daily reboots.

Other than that I just play with it because I can.
I use better terminal emulator pro, it comes with bash and its own version of busybox, unfortunately cron is not included.
