Tether Manager crashing

Hello, I recently updated my Samsung Captivate to 2.3.5 also, I rooted it. I did root and update it correctly. But, something I changed, or haven't changed yet, is causing me to constantly get an error message saying my tether manager has foreclosed. It happens fairly often, and is amazingly annoying. Please help me.

To be exact, it says: The application TetheringManager (process com.tecace.tetheringmanager) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

I get exact same message after I upgraded also. Googling for an answer. Very annoying...
