Tether on Simple Mobile

How? I have a rooted BLU R1 HD with xposed, it worked till I switched sim cards. I tried putting dun in the APN, xtether, some CMD thing (that put dun somewhere), and the other Xposed tether thing. I can turn on the hotspot but whoever connects to it doesn't actually connect to the Internet.
 
I have the same problem, I had the $45/4Gb plan and it worked. Now I have the $60 unlimited plan and it does not. I Have an unhacked Samsung S7....What gives?
